The subscription fee includes utilizing the platform for property management operations, facility management operations, user management, request management, invoice management, building operational services, and providing a dedicated application for beneficiaries associated with the client’s identity.
The subscription fee does not include the costs of maintenance and operations provided by Munjz. It only covers the fees for using the platform to manage the property.
Based on the contract, the agreement can be canceled without any reason during the first three months. If the full upfront payment has been made and the subscription is canceled, the number of months used on the system will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
For every annual subscribed customer, there is a free month available to benefit from the platform.
The customer can upgrade their subscription to a higher tier by paying the upgrade fees for that tier.
When desiring to increase the number of units, the tier will be upgraded to a higher one, and the final invoice will be sent based on the prices of the higher tier.
